Customer called to provide positive feedback, following the engineer’s visit. The customer had been poorly, but from the moment the engineer walked in, he gave the customer confidence, assuring he would resolve the issue, which he duly did. Everything is now fixed, and the wi-fi now working brilliantly. Customer said the engineer went over and above call of duty and was very kind! Customer gives a five-star recommendation.
